Pale Horses is a perfect album

Every video is just their beautiful frontman with glorious Jason Momoa hair running around emoting about life. It sounds nice but I don't connect with it.

I'd say 3EB does the same thing but I like his songwriting better

Is it not a detractor to the ear when a band's frontman is overly invested in his own image? Or do we only apply that to mainstream radio artists

Just because someone is attractive and/or well-coiffed doesn’t mean they’re overly invested in their own image.

Also, I don’t generally look at the bands I’m listening to while listening to them. I probably couldn’t pick a lot of the artists I listen to out of a lineup.
