He eats the best version of Purina. It's not top of the line but it's not gross shit. Also give him some canned food occasionally.

you should probably get your dogs teeth cleaned at least once a year, if only to get a check up on their teeth and make sure everything's alright

rodents the best you can do is give them healthy and fresh food. they do need to be given plenty of chew toys throughout their life though because their teeth continuously grow and if they dont wear them down by chewing things they'll overgrow and cause pain
