Its not that bad but i never went back to it

I actually used to really like goldfinger. Stomping Ground was one of the first cd's i ever bought. They were my blink 182 band growing up.

soup update:

it was ok. not much flavor and a little too watery. I was hoping it would be more creamy like an actual pot pie!

I will probably try a few other flavors before I donate just to see if there's one that I really do like.

also I could see myself eating this every once in a while if I want to have a less terrible meal.

overall it was definitely worth the ~20 cents I paid for it, although I did eat way too many ritz crackers with it and now im eating some oreo thins bites (@teebs41 )

Yeah, and Rudy from Gatsbys played drums on their second album (a musical, with a bunch of guest vocals).

 

I remember the hype building for that one due to the guests they had lined up/rumored.

Any of you parents have experience with the Amazon Fire tablets for kids? They're on sale today, so trying to decide between the regular and the HD.

 

for kids the regular is not bad.
I would "hack" it and install the google play store, also either pay extra for the "Ad free" one or buy the cheap one, then contact amazon to remove ads, sometimes they do it for free.

I'm not sure how much they cost now, but when I bought ours it was like $25 I think. which was not bad at all for what you get, we don't really use it much now though, they rarely use tablets and if they do I just let them use the ipad.

 

No ads on these. Not sure they still have the ad-supported version. Regular is normally $99, on sale for $69 (nice!) and the HD is normally $129, on sale for $89. Plus 5% back on each through Mr. Rebates.

Difference in the HD is also better battery life, more memory, and better speakers.

I'm leaning HD.
