So my boss sends me an IM asking to meet with him real quick. I go to his office and on the projector, he's got an excel spreadsheet of every single time I've left my desk for nearly two months. It has the time I left and the time I came back. So basically my direct supervisors have been spying on me or whatever. He said that I have to clock out if it's gonna be more than five and it affects my work. A couple times, it was almost 45 minutes. He said it added up to like two hours in three days once.


So im pretty much only on at lunch now.

 

That sucks.

 

You should loudly announce to him every time you have to poop and how long you think it’ll take.*

“Hey boss, really gotta go! Feels like it’s going to be at least a 10-er.”

I want a desk job, retail can bite me.

 

Yeah. It's even harder to poop in retail.

 

It's the truth. I never can sit down, and have a stress free poop. It sucks.

Pretty damn good! I want to check out a bunch of new releases so I didn't finish it, but still enjoyed

 

As a former retail employee now at a desk job I can say yes the grass is definitely greener on the other side

 

I think this is actually good advice. Will be good evidence/witness statements for the coming hostile work/poop environment lawsuitl

I’m glad I can finally spend my time in here again instead of in the warped tour thread anticipating the lineup to be announced. What a waste of time that was... haha

Sorry this is happening :/ it reminds me of one of my jobs where a supervisor gave me a bad mark that affected me getting a raise(unknown to me until evals) because I was late to a scheduling meeting BECAUSE MY BIKE BROKE ON THE WAY THERE. I was like wut is this for real? I quit that job within a year of that nonsense

Yeah its neat. Also the new movie he's in with Greg from The Room is actually supposed to be good not so bad its good which makes me happy for him.

Confession: I've never seen The Room and I had never heard of it until The Disaster Artist came out. I still don't really understand the cult status behind it. I'm not saying that rudely, I'm being serious! Someone enlighten me
