This may be a stupid question but you do know he's the drummer for Bon Iver right? My guy has a bachelors degree in percussion and is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. If you haven't listened to any of his stuff start from the beginning. Like @Kennedy said, "All We Grow" is a masterpiece.
