You definitely do! I was lucky in that my wife worked in the industry for the first 7.5 years that I knew her, so we got free access to pretty much any show we wanted for that time. Definitely took advantage of that and saw lots of bands we were only mildly interested in just because we could.

 

The teams show up to Vegas the night before, or a few nights before, they play the Golden Knights and go out drinking and gambling and partying and are too hungover to play well.

 

i really doubt coaches would be okay with their players doing this lol

 

I don't think that stops them. Hockey coaches aren't Bill Belichick.

 

They do actually @Kennedy and it plays a part no doubt but it isnt the only reason why they have been so dominant at home.

weeeird. it just seems like such a no brainer to me if im a coach. no partying until after the game - and if we fly out right after the game... youll be in vegas again so get over it.

Torts even said i want them to go out and play guilty like they are in the doghouse was kinda weird but ya lots of distractions there for visiting teams so it definitely helps the home team who are much more use to that environment by now.

I don't think of my Birthday as very important anymore. Haven't in years.

I didn't mention that they're getting one car. So I'd have to ride to and from work with my manager and her manager.

This also means I'd be stuck at my hotel after work all day. Won't be able to do much exploring because she's telling me she's not sure if they would comp uber rides. That's kind of the main thing. Sounds a little depressing. Oh well
