Citizen love Ottawa and nothing makes me happier since they are one of my favorite bands! Saw them twice in 2016 in Ottawa which was sweet. On 4/20 and 12/16 and they are coming back again this year!

 

I lived in Portugal for a couple years and loved it.
I love the U.S. though. It's like a sports team that keeps making poor choices but im too big a fan to get upset.
In Portugal, it'd be funny. Obese people would tell me that all Americans are overweight. They'd pause the American music they were listening to and put their iPod in the pocket of their Levi's to tell me Americans have no culture. I'd tell them to put down the big Mac and say that to my face. this never happened.
Seriously though, super nice people. Racism was a lot less subtle over there though.

My church is a lot more diverse over there, which is cool. One cool thing was over the pulpit at church, the bishop was talking about how he had just seen Remember the Titans for the first time and he compared it to the congregation there. It was sweet.

 

Did we ever figure out what kind of studio @awwgereee had? I already forgot.
