Honestly I think they’ve gotten way better live recently. I’ve watched like 3 live videos of them (full sets) from the last 6 months and they’ve sounded better than ever / Chris’s vocals are the best they’ve ever been

 

i'm trying to think what song it is but there is one song where without fail every time he messes up

he also can't ever keep the tempo straight on piano player

 

their best performance i've seen was probably the told slant/bellows tour

Nobody moshed when I saw the Hotelier, and they even played Life In Drag

 

the dumbest thing is that one of their most moshed to songs is wildflowers, i don't get it

 

every time i see them people go off in the introduction to wildflowers lol

 

Ha, I never even realized they actually said "Fuck" there. I've always heard it as an exasperated groan/grunt/yelp of frustration and that's how I always sing along to it.

I saw Saves The Day 3 or 4 years ago, and there were only about 30 people there. I was shocked.
