I don't have problems with people wearing a certain bands shirt at a show for that band.

I do have a problem if it's the shirt you bought at their merch table that night

 

i think it started from something weird in the 90s idk, my cousin used to take me to punk shows and tell me to never wear the shirt of the band you are seeing and he'd say "Don't be that guy" and I asked him why he kept saying that and he said its from something.

Agreed. Couldn't get into their last LP all that much but this has me so fucking stoked.

 

I think the idea is that yeah duh you like the band that's why you're attending the concert, I'm fine with it I get I just don't get people buying merch and wearing it over their clothes

That’s a tough question!

Hmm...my brother’s wedding last May was pretty fun. Seeing Tom Petty :( and U2 each for the first time was pretty great too! I’m sure there are some other things I’m overlooking but those are some big things that stand out :)

 

They're some very special moments! I've never seen U2 but I don't think I want to see them now, my dad saw them during the run for the Rattle & Hum tour and it would've been amazing to see a band like U2 at their peak

 

@Mary V have you played AMSP in the future yet to celebrate that it came out 2 years ago?

 

I wanted to at least see them once. I saw them on The Joshua Tree tour last year and it was great!
