We were a group of nerds who TP’d the homes of the kids that would pick on us. This was the original crew, but we grew to a group of 10. That ended up being our downfall, because word eventually got out who we were. I ended up getting my ass kicked pretty bad by this kid whose house we hit several times. Haha

I’d definitely say you should try and get details, particularly if it’s not your fault.

That being said, I have only ever been the rear ender. The second time it happened, the other person didn’t want any details from me (I offered) and I was so relieved haha.

Never admit fault
I'd recommend to always get a police report because if you don't there's no record of what damage anybody caused and they can/will make shit up later and youll get screwed (experience)

 

I would have thought they would have a hard time laying the blame on you though, if they went into your back - especially on a freeway. The onus is surely on the driver behind to ensure they’re a safe distance.

Thank you. They’re keeping him in the hospital for 5-7 days to monitor him. Doctor said he’s lucky his wife made him go, if he’d waited any longer he would have went into septic shock

 

Man, that’s really scary. Does he live in Ohio?
