I did a cover of "Iris" a couple years ago. It's nowhere as good as this Scavenger Hunt cover, but yeah... haha.

 

My other kids were born on 4/20.

Half the time when scolding us my mom would cycle through all the brothers names until she got it right because she was so frustrated

 

Sometimes I call my son my parent's dog's name. They start with the same letter, so it's understandable!

 

my parents still call me and my brothers by eachothers names often.

 

I'm leaving work in about half an hour to take my son to the pediatric ophthamologist. At his 15 month checkup a few weeks back one of his eyes failed a vision test that they did so he was referred to a specialist. It doesn't sound like anything that should be too big of a cause for concern, but I'm still a little nervous.

this happened to my son.

the test was some machine thing that takes a picture of their eyes and can detect stuff that's wrong.

can't remember what's techincally wrong with his eyes now but it was causing him to cross one of his eyes when he looked at close stuff. he got glasses last summer and they seem to be helping him a lot and he likes wearing them too so that's good.

Yeah, they took a picture of his eyes and they detected something off with his right eye. I haven't been able to notice anything off as far as crossed eyes or anything goes, but I guess I'll find out more later this afternoon!

sounds like the same thing then.

the crossing was subtle back when they detected it but when we finally got the appointment done it was getting more and more prevalent. once we got him glasses it mostly stopped when he is wearing them but as soon as he takes them off he crosses them again. we are going for another appointment in a month and I think they are probably going to have him wear a patch over his good eye in order to make the other eye stronger.

Yeah super short only about 15 minutes. Wish it was longer especially since I'm already very familiar with 2 of the 4 tracks.
