    Nothing at work or home that I can think of that's been bad. Worst thing was realizing I won't have enough money left from tomorrow's paycheck to upgrade my friend and mine's tbs tickets to vip like I was going to; but that's hardly something I would find worthy of causing this nervous/anxious feeling in the pit of my stomach.

    Everything with the wedding is going smooth. I just don't get it. Heck I found out my bonus at the end of april today is going to be over $2000, I literally have NO reason to feel this way

    On an honest note, that feeling of unidentifiable dissatisfaction is horrible. Like you lost something you didn't know you even forgot, because there wasn't anything to lose in the first place. Like a lead weight living inside your chest and head, sometimes jittery as a jack terrier, but sometimes making gravity feel tenfold. Hopefully sleep will grant you a new day tomorrow without it.

    Drink a big glass of ice water, my wife learned that's a common treatment to help with anxiety.
