No Halo is the only thing i could get into but I LOVE that song

Yeah i listen havent heard their album pre Joy Departed tho and i still havent listen to the rearranged release. But yeah good band. Saw them with Turnover and Citizen. That was a good lineup.

Just started it myself

 

This Teenage Wrist record is cool. It almost has a 90's alternative rock sound to it. @Mr. Serotonin you'd probably dig this

 

Really? The band name threw me for a loop but i'll have to give it a whirl now.

 

Yeah i knew it would be and it definitely is. I love the shoegaze and alt-rock combo. Can't go wrong with that imo. Which is why i love SSPU so much. I like this dude's voice a lot. Doesn't bore me at all which for this sound is crucial to have an engaging vocalist. Also just love the atmosphere/feel surrounding them. The EP was like this too.

 

It definitely does imo. Its undeniable.

 

The teenage wrist album sonically sounds great. I think I ripped on this band a few years ago calling them another 90s grunge cover band but this album is really changing my mind.

 

On first listen, the highlights for me are Dweeb, Stoned Alone, Black Flamingo, Rollerblades, and Waitress. I kind of got a Brand New vibe from Spit, but I can't really put my finger on it.
