As a Buffalonian, "boneless wings" might as well not exist. Now if were talking wings, the real question is drum or flat? Personally I prefer the flats.
I don't like bones, so I only eat boneless. But I'm completely okay with you telling me I'm only eating nuggets in buffalo sauce.
See I like this philosophy I don't mind boneless even though I much prefer traditional, I just have a hard time calling it "wings". But they're still very good.
boneless is great because you almost always know that it'll be crispy. sometimes i get wings and they're soggy...
Boneless wings and nuggets just aren't the same. If you game someone a chicken nugget and a boneless wing, chances are they will be able to know which is which
There was a court case about Wing Street, owned by Pizza Hut, calling their wings "wings." Because, they weren't made from wing meat of the chicken. It is now a staple that if you call it a wing, whether they are bone or boneless, the wing must contain wing meat or they are called "wyngs."
boneless if i'm with people and want to keep clean traditional if i'm alone and am okay with looking/feeling like a slobby asshole.
bone-in seems to be better meat at the places around me. it is work though and I work enough hours in the week. I still get bone-in tho. I like the wings better than the drums
basically this, but will also go traditional if others I'm with are. roommates and I frequented Buffalo Wild Wings almost every Tuesday for their $.40/wing special (which is now $.50/wing) my freshman year (thanks for the wing money grandma). got pretty good at eating wings with one hand so I could still do their trivia while eating.
Oh man, thank you for this. Chicken nuggets are (generally) bad, boneless wings are (generally) huge pieces of real chicken breast. Bone wings to nuggets isn't a fair comparison but it seems many neglect the difference
I'm a boneless wings kind of man. I know this is going to really change what you guys think of me, but I'm standing by those delicious bone free wings like a man.
