ive had gator sausage in new orleans and ate rattle snake in texas - both were tasty.

Realistically, I'd probably say bear, but my immediate answer is spiders even though I know that's mostly irrational, I just never liked spiders

 

very much akin to chicken but juicier and more flavorful

I guess my vote would have to be spiders, because as of this moment, I'm probably most scared of them. But I'd argue that your fear of any of these animals would exponentially increase the closer one of them got to you.

I will amend my answer slightly. If I’m awake I don’t fear spiders they can be dealt with easily but after seeing a brown recluse bite (don’t google it) I’m terrified of getting bitten by one when I’m sleeping.
