I watched this until episode 10 of season 1 and quit midway. I'm just not enjoying the story that much.
I told myself I was done after two seasons but I'm intrigued with Aaron Paul being in the third season.
I loved the first season. I can’t remember why cause I felt like I was enjoying the second season just as well, but I stopped around when they got to the Samurai location and never finished. Thanks for bumping this thread cause I know what I’m gonna watch tonight now.
Heck I totally forgot about season two of this. I think I watched like S2 E1 and never kept up with it. I think I subconsciously wanted to avoid the weekly wait between episodes cuz I had a rough time with the constant cliff hangers in S1.
I’m legitimately surprised you didn’t finish. I remember you pumping up this show so hard before the season started. Haha.
I remember enjoying the 1st season. But I feel like in Seasons 1 and 2, the story of Dolores seems all over the place and I honestly didn't follow it very well. It made more sense in season 1 with the Man in Black (which was a GREAT story btw), but I truly had no idea what the fuck was going on half the time with her, especially in season 2. Maeve and Bernard I also was confused by at times. BAsically the show is very confusing for me outside of the Man in Black storyline lol, and even that got a little kooky in season 2. Maybe I need to rewatch.
I do recall why I stopped when I thought back later, and there was a family matter preventing me from watching tv much then. IIRC I didn’t have much to complain about from what I’d seen.
I need to go back and finish season 2. I know I made it like halfway and then fell off because it felt less engaging and I'm bad with weekly waits.
It's weird seeing so little of the setting or characters we know, but I also wouldn't be surprised to learn that everything from this trailer is all out of a single episode or two.
I can't really remember much from Season 2, but isn't the themepark (or whatever it is) kind of blown to pieces? Is it possible they just completely change the setting? That'd be very welcomed, actually.
I really hope they keep the setting shown in the trailer, I've been dying to see more of the world outside of the park.
