Even Logan was like "who tf is Arnold?" and he/his company is supposed to be possibly buying Westworld. So if people back then didn't know who he was, I'm not surprised people in the present time wouldn't know who he was, let alone recognize him. I just assumed Arnold, though he was a co-creator, was only around for very early stages and not well-known publicly. Anyways, I'm super invested in this and have been enjoying the hell out of it all season. Can't wait for the finale.
Whose to say that someone didn't discover that fact and then got offed? This isn't Ford's first sordid rodeo.
Not what I meant. I just mean if a company is big enough to have a board, then they probably should know enough about the place to know that one of the original creators died at the hands of their own product, regardless of when they came around. I mean, I get that in the show they are saying it's all been covered up by Ford... I'm just saying it's weird that he's been able to keep everyone in the dark.
There's a great interview with Evan Rachel Wood on rollingstone. Also just checked out her band and I'm really digging it
Man I have no idea what's even going on in this show rn. I'm caught up, but so confused. What was with the part where Dolores got stabbed then suddenly she was fine?
It's a nice visual cue to indicate which time frame we're watching Dolores in. She's made this journey to the church steeple town multiple times (at least 3 times anyway, including the present-day journey). So when we see that she's suddenly not stabbed, we're seeing present-day Dolores making her trip instead of the Dolores that was running from the Logan. It seems like Dolores is experiencing some of her memories in real-time, rather than remembering them, so she sometimes loses sense of when she is and what's real.
I probably don't care/pay attention enough when I watch this but I'm pretty lost. Probably won't continue watching next season.
I'm heated about how little that made sense and how much was left unanswered. Spare me the multi-season "plan", that was poor writing
Hemmsworth? Elise? I doubt they'll come back into play. 99% of the shit in this season was jibberish or a dream or a vision or an alternative timeline. What was real? What was planned? Dumb ass show
