It's come to my attention that this video is no longer available anywhere else on the internet, so I've decided to upload it here! When I shot the "Tacky" video back in 2014, we did a total of 6 takes (and used take #6 for the final version). But each of the takes had their charm. Here's four of them, all running simultaneously.
You shot the Tacky video??? That’s so cool! Would you ever be interested in guesting on one of my favorite pods? I’m sure you’re limited on what you can say about the experience, but it’d be so cool to have you on for the Tacky episode! Weird Al-gorithm
i saw that on hulu today on the header, her with a buncha dogs, it says drama/comedy but it also looks like it could be a thriller/horror. how was it?
Man Coming to Terms With Fact He'll Never Feel Same Happiness as He Did Seeing Weird Al's "Dare to be Stupid" Video for First Time
Stating the obvious, but this show was phenomenal. Been to every tour since Alpocalypse and seeing him perform for the 6th or 7th time felt just as special as the first. Played for 2 hours 10 mins and the set list is great. Perfect Friday night!
How was the energy in the room? I’ve seen a lot of footage from this tour and the crowd seems dead a lot. Makes sense as we are all aging with lol
Not as loud as I expected but the energy picked up during the popular hits. Probably a mix of big venue = more casual fans & we're old. Everyone stayed seated the whole show and the lack of cellphones recording was cool to see. It was at our big Live Nation outdoor amphitheater. I was in row 7 in the middle section and my area seemed to be more smiling and laughing (like watching stand-up) as opposed to singing along out loud.
if you're at a Weird Al show and you don't know One Hot Minute and Dare To Be Stupid that's a skill issue, yes including all the children who were there
