High as a Kite: Epic video, decent song.

Living in LA is decent too but I'm not getting the Get Right vibe (which is probably my favorite song of PD).

I'm sure both will grow on me.

High As A Kite might immediately be my favorite Weezer song since the Blue album. I can’t imagine a future where I don’t put it on every Weezer playlist I make (and I tend to make those a lot).

Living in LA isn’t exactly what I want from weezer but it is insanely catchy. Could see that song blowing up for them.

Living in LA reminds me of Get Right in the sense that they both sound like generic-but-decent alternative radio hits circa 2014

Does the bridge of "Living in L.A." remind anyone of something off "Integrity Blues" - Jimmy Eat World? Maybe "It Matters?"

Getting big Police vibes when Rivers sings “I feel so lonely” on Living in LA, wonder if that was intentional or if it’s just my brain associating the two.

Honestly want to like High as a Kite more than I actually do. The verses are so good and I was just a little let down by the chorus. Still a very nice song

I'm honestly really excited, it sounds like they're mixing White and Pacific Daydream together and that's fantastic news to me

Also is it too early to start codename: Masterpiece hype??

I watched the High as a Kite video and loved the song the most out of all the released ones so far but I'm not gonna listen to Living in LA until the album is out

That sounds <SO> much like 'I feel so lonely....' from the police, agreed.

Anyone else notice Pacific Daydream doesn’t show up on Apple Music anymore? It’s still saved in my personal library, but it’s not on their artist page and doesn’t come up under Albums when you search for Weezer.
