Ya I don’t love the vocals on this. It’s not terrible but I had higher hopes given how much ppl liked the demo (didn’t hear it) + Karly being on it.

 

Hot Take:

Pacific Daydream would be a solid EP if the first four tracks were removed.

 

Cutting Mexican Fender absolutely is a hot take

 

Not crazy but Mexican Fender erasure is a bit much

 

happy hour is the best track on pacific daydream, and pacific daydream is a very good album

 

Mexican Fender is a great tune

 

I like PD and Black more than most in here. Weekend Woman is probably my favorite PD track. Happy Hour is good. And I don't mind Beach Boys in the context of the album
