I was just thinking it’s been super quiet on the Weezer front. Hopefully we get another track soon!

 

So this thing's really coming out in May, huh

 

I was literally just thinking about this album earlier today and wondering if we're getting another single soon.

 

Crazy-ass rollout

 

First single/album announcement was September 10th. Aka 189 days ago

 

I feel like the first single was the only thing written/recorded when they released it haha

 

Still a good song tho

 

They should just do the right thing and drop the album now to help us get through this trying time

While I wait for this album, I've been revisiting Summer Songs 2k, and holy shit, I forgot how good some of them are.

 

SS2k and Maladroit demos is the Weez i listen to most

Modern Dukes rules. Also a huge fan of O Girl, New Joint, Crying And Lonely, Mad Kow, Sister Song, Too Late To Try

I have a big soft spot for the Album 5 demos, this one's my favorite

a 12-track remaster of the best of Album 5 Demos would honestly be up there with my favourite Weezer. "Queen of Earth", "Fontana", "The Organ Player" are all so fucking good

 

I didn’t know these demos even existed. That Modern Dukes song is amazing. Wtf. How do I find this stuff?

 

probably zip files all over the place, but I'd recommend soulseek. very good for shit like this. I would also grab SS2K, as possible, I prefer it to Green by a fair way
