Yep, all Crush – along with Ilsey Juber, who was a writer on "All My Favorite Songs" VERTICAL INTEGRATION, BABY.
I take a lot of joy in telling people that Weezer has released 2 albums in 2021. Jaws drop every time.
1. LA Girlz 2. Endless Bummer Most everything else is good, but those two are the best offerings from the record.
I'm happy that Weezer are finally branching out, but they don't really give us anything we haven't heard before elsewhere.
It’s the opposite for me. Weezer is a dumb band so the big, dumb guitars make it fun. OK Human felt like a lot of the fun was stripped away and I wasn’t that into what was left (Rivers’ voice and lyrics over a clean, simple pop sound). That said, Aloo Gobi is A+.
One's a more modern and experimental chamber album that branches into folk, pop, rock and baroque, and the other's a typical rock album. That's what I got from it at least.
I don't see how. I was talking about the new album, not Raditude. It's a typical rock album, so no, this take isn't wrong.
