i like the white album a good amount still but pacific daydream and black album were p bad

 

Yeah, but they're bad in a way that still suggests some level of competence, unlike Hurley and Raditude

 

hurley is totally fine. nowhere near as bad as raditude or the last two (not counting teal since it’s covers)

It's almost like you motherfuckers want me to come in here and talk about Hurley track by track for 4 pages

 

I just had a Facebook memory pop up from when Hurley was released and I gave it a positive review but I've soured on it a ton since then

 

Hurley has some great songs but it also has Where’s My Sex?, so

 

Revisited it when I did a discog run last month and it doesn't even feel like a Weezer album? Bizarre considering even Raditude has that bad-good Cuomo charm. Hurley is a mostly lifeless collection of songs from a band that vaguely sounds like Weezer.

Pacific Daydream, on the other hand, is the best version of modern, pop-rock Weezer that we have

that song absolutely goes too. so good

 

End of the Game has been out for a full week now, and it's passed 1 million streams on Spotify.

Definitely the best performing single of theirs in a while.

Weezer friends, does anybody have the unmastered Green Album?

 

I’m a big fan of this one. I like it better than white, 3rd fav overall

 

I don't bite on many of the nu-Weezer albums but Hurley and White are both good

 

this gave me some nu love for Pacific Daydream.

 

I like White a lot, and I like chunks of PD and EWBAITE. Black, Raditude, Hurley all bad.

I would vouch for a small chunk of the record. “High as a Kite”, “I’m Just Being Honest”, and “Piece of Cake” are all solid.
