I can’t believe this album was announced before the pandemic started and I’ll be fully vaccinated before it’s released

Weekend Woman is so good, which I didn't realize my first few dreadful listens of PD.

 

My expectations for this are so low but we're gonna get a studio version of Sheila Can Do It and that's really all that matters. Also from what I've read it sounds like it actually is coming in May but we'll see.

 

I think they'll wait to release this until they officially get the green light for the GD/FOB tour.

 

Oh damn. I hadn’t even looked at the track listing to see Sheila can do it on there. I had a bootleg cassette with that on it way back when.

 

somehow they still haven't pushed it back again, still slated to start in June.

 

I could see the Hella Mega Tour being the first big tour that happens, or at least tries to

 

I hope it is the first big tour that tries to happen, just because that means they’ll have hopefully already released Van Weezer by the time they realize they have to postpone it again.

 

I think we all worry that this pandemic has broken us and changed how we will behave at least for the foreseeable future. I still worry about big venues/tours/festivals being able to pull the numbers needed

Forget the tour. I just want the album already.
