I'm going to stop trying to keep up for a while, there's way too much content. I'm going to wait until after the hardcore fans eventually make "Best Of" lists for each Alone

That’s my plan as well. I’ll let someone else with a lot of time make an essential playlist of each series.

I have more Weezer songs on my computer than I could ever hope to go through. 2008-09 me is absolutely BUGGING out right now.

EC vs WC 17 in the EWBAITE folder is the one with Brian and Scott vox.

Until You Love Me is Miss Sweeny with better verses.

Daydreaming actually makes Dreamin a good song.

"Dreamin'" was a good song anyway but I do really like "Daydreaming"

Great catchy chorus. Always felt like the song was missing something though. Like that chorus does a lot of heavy lifting.

edit: just relistened, the bridge is really cool. Probably the best use of the other band vox on the record.

Shockingly, EWBAITE has probably been the best era of these demos. There are a solid 20 or so fully formed songs that are absolutely better than anything off that album.

    Top Recommendations:
    Ivory Telephone
    Rules of Life
    Gravity Will Bring You Down
    Up in the Clouds
    Sing My Blues Away
    Rest In Peace
    Pacific Sunset (personal favorite)
I Wish I Could Autotune My Face

I mean, for me EWBAITE is one of their best albums since the early days of the band, so I don’t think it’s that surprising. I still think that album was a huge return to form for the band.

That being said, I haven’t gotten around to any of the new demos yet so I can’t really speak on it :crylaugh: How much do you have to pay to get access to these folders, is it like a monthly subscription or a one-time payment?

I've barely dug in yet. Early highlights for me:

The Ivory Telephone (this song is absolute fucking magic)
I Just Threw Out the Love of My Dreams (coolest demo of a song we already have)
Rosemary/Sheila Can Do It/Think About You/Prettiest Girl/American Girls (probably my favorite era of non album stuff there is)

sitting here thinking about all the career-best demos they could have polished off and released on Death to False Metal but they released fucking "Blowing My Stack" instead
