I got more excited about the “more details” part than the fact that an alternate version came out!

 

same but I never really care that much about alternate versions

 

alternate versions are great when they actually change things dramatically

 

apparently there's a new song on the Spongebob soundtrack that's meant to come out... sometime? there's clips of it floating around

I realise bumping this thread with that is essentially pointless but hey that's Weezer in 2020 lol

 

Maybe when they went to write that song they ended up writing a bunch more and Van Weezer has been delayed to make room for The Sponge Album

The only reason I didn’t go with this is I’m pretty sure that’s what they called the soundtrack from the first Spongebob movie 15 years ago lol

 

Still waiting on Purpleton

 

a Weezer concept album about Spongebob would be better than most of their modern albums haha

 

I still want an Orange album full of Halloween themed songs/covers.

 

That's not entirely wrong, and I never liked Spongebob haha
