Make Believe is great alternative pop album outside of Beverly Hills and We Are All On Drugs.

 

damn I can understand "Brave New World" but "Memories" puts the biggest smile on my face, it's a great opener

best song on that album is for sure "Trainwrecks" tho, with "Hang On" close by

 

I do mostly like make believe, but my best friend is a huuuuuge dark spot on the album. even though it was retooled it still absolutely reeks of shrek and should have stayed in the shrek 2 graveyard

All songs I get something out of. The rest of the album sucks shit but that could be a fun ep

 

Folks, I think we can ALL agree "Love is the Answer" is the worst Weezer song, followed by "Everybody Get Dangerous," and as much as I dislike some of the songs on Hurley, I'm not sure anything else comes close

 

I agree with Love is the Answer but Everybody get Dangerous kinda is in guilty pleasure territory for me

Now a real stinker is Over Here or Get Me Some

 

The bad tracks on Hurley weirdly come off as less genuine than most of Raditude

 

Just remembered how many phenomenal unreleased songs this band has, and they chose the 10 that they did for Death to False Metal...

 

Trainwrecks is great.

I kinda like Everybody Get Dangerous haha. The drums on it are pretty good lol.

Cold, Dark World is a worse song

 

They’re nowhere near my favorite band (way too much bad material) but they’re definitely one of my favorites to talk about

I kinda like the first song on that comp, feel like the rest ranges from unforgettable to bad (minus the "Unbreak My Heart" cover)

 

The Unbreak My Heart cover is fantastic!

I always have had a soft spot for I Don't Want Your Loving too

 

"I Don't Want Your Loving" is a travesty on that comp but the original demo might be one of my fave Weezer songs

 

This is still my favorite unreleased demo
