My guess is she saw the hit and run suspects in her backyard and got the gun in response to that. Cops show up and see her with the gun and shoot her

I think we are all members of the “cops might shoot and kill us” group, so we are actually punching up at those who are emboldened enough to self-manifest a shootout and privileged enough to feel comfortable with their survival odds. Also it took place in the greater Cuomo-verse and we have to acknowledge that.

 

Reports now that she was diagnosed with cancer and was recovering from a hysterectomy when the incident happened.
