At this point for me, Blue, Pinkerton and White are firmly my top 3.

 

Blue, white, pinkerton, maladoit are all s-tier for me.

 

I love Weezer

 

Maladroit is such an odd, human, messy album plunked right in between two very perfect-to-the-point-of-sterilization sounding records. It may be Rivers’ first hand tip to fans that he is capable of but not willing to make non-robotic killer Weezer albums.

Replace Thank God For Girls with…. Just about anything else and I think it’s a contender for top

 

I don't love that one or "Do You Wanna Get High," which brings down the average a bit.

 

Girls and Girl We Got a Good Thing are clunkers for me. High is so good. Jacked Up, as insane as it is, is God tier Weezer for me.

I was so mad when I saw them on that tour they switched out Jacked Up for I Love The USA by the time they got to my date

 

I definitely went to that show too. Wasn’t my first concert though lol (I’m old)

don’t know what other thread to throw this in but this record is EXTREMELY pinkerton-coded. came out friday. pretty good.

 

"Do You Wanna Get High" is S-tier and "Jacked Up" is a glorified Fitz and the Tantrums B-sides smdh

Red has higher highs, but Black is more consistent tbh. It's not a great album, but better than it gets credit for, just like Red gets credit for its standouts but is a bad record as a whole.
