That took a dark turn from Spring

 

Yeah, interested to see if the songs are as dark as the artwork

 

Rivers says the Summer EP is very angry lol

 

That explains the riff at the end of Spring

 

Not getting my hopes up (I have not gone back to Spring lol) but that artwork is sick

 

I'm still listening to (and singing along to) Spring every day. I think it's pretty damn good, just under White/OKH level. It's a head scratcher to me that it isn't a hit among the fans.

 

Yea I like Spring more than anything off the past 2 albums so I'm looking forward to what's cooking with Summer

 

art is solid, I like that they are all gonna be themed together

 

Spring grew on me a ton. When it initially came out I listened once and didn’t listen again for weeks. Since then it’s been in solid rotation for me.

 

Spring gives me EWBAITE vibes mostly, especially some guitar tones. It's solid. Feels like one of those albums I don't listen to a ton, but I always like more than I remember

 

I like Spring about as much as most of their stuff. I'm planning on listening to it more when Summer comes out so I have a longer listen.

Song was fine. Nothing super distinctive as far as summer goes

 

Sounds poppy but definitely more guitar-driven

 

Sounds like another good/decent guitar chorus from the boy who went to Harvard. But IMO it’s the intros and verses where Cuomo wreaks his havoc most, so this song could break any way quality wise.
