Hilarious to make one of the songs exclusive to the vinyl release and then not have the vinyl be out for almost a full year.

I had the same thought this morning. Figure since it’s a year wait for Spring, I’ll just wait for a box set announcement in December. Should have that sucker by early 2024!

 

disagree with this a lot. I think the way these songs are recorded adds a lot to them. I haven't listened to White since it came out but I also found that kinda bland so I appreciate them doing new things.

Listening to this outside on this sunny 60 degree NYC day is a vibe.

 

Not entirely similar, it reminds me of 'I dont want to talk I just want to dance' by glass animals, that when I hear it, I just wan tto drive, with the windows down, pushing above the speed limit....

 

Also yeah it doesn’t *sound* like Make Believe, but it’s very campy which is what I’ve always thought was a big part of Make Believe criticism

 

This is not the Weezer (or music) I like but it’s well done for what it is. I’m hoping the other tracks have more plugged in guitar and/or weirdness or this EP will be in the rare Weezer category of being both not for me and also difficult to make fun of.
