I still love this, been listening to it every other day or so. Chorus of "Aloo Gobi" is so goddamn good
Getchoo is fantastic! Good Thing, Drunk Dori and Jacked Up are also all fantastic, don’t understand any dislike of those tracks.
I’d say Rad is the only one of their records that I can’t find a handful of songs I like a lot. The hooks are there but not my favorite by them. I’ve really enjoyed Black quite a bit after revisiting everything again over the last few weeks.
This interview is painful to watch. Rivers just seems so depressed, and the interviewer seems so inexperienced.
Over the past 26 days I've listened to so much damn Weezer. Maybe even TOO MUCH Weezer. Blue - Undone (Only in Dreams) Pinkerton - El Scorcho or Tired of Sex (Getchoo) Green - Photograph (Hash Pipe) Maladroit - Keep Fishin' (TBD) Make Believe - Beverly Hills (TBD) Red - Troublemaker (Cold Dark World) Raditude - TBD Hurley - Hang On (Sex) EWBAITE - Back To The Shack (Waste Land) White - Thank God for Girls (Good Thing) PD - TBD Black - Can't Knock the Hustle (Living in L.A.) OK Human - Aloo Gobi (Everything Happens for a reason)
Yeah I listened to Blue and Pinkerton while doing chores the other night and I just want to write a book about how fascinating and weird this band is and how I can't think of another band with such a critically acclaimed debut that just plummeted (critically) afterwards and how Blue Album is one of the best pop-rock albums of all-time lmao. Wish I could experience it again for the first time.
