what's wild is that Hurley was released on Epitaph and I remember Epitaph's PR person emailing me a stream link that would only be live for 24 hours and that's all I got to write my thoughts and review on it haha

 

I remember it coming out on epitaph being a pretty big deal back on AP, but that’s all I remembered about it, lol

 

i love both those lines

Reminds me of stuff like “i asked you to go to the green day concert you said you never heard of them” and “watching grunge leg drop new jack through a press table”

Yeah it certainly has been less enjoyable as it goes on.

This album is pretty cool. On first listen the word I would use is "nice," if feels really nice and it flows well. I really like the medly feel of it. I was a little worried when Aloo Gobi and Grapes of Wrath are kinda so-so, but the run of Numbers-Playing My Piano-Mirror Image is really solid.

The best part of this album is there's nothing offensively bad, so that's nice.
