Weekly Poll: Favorite Paramore Album

You know the deal.

 

After Laughter, with the self-titled close behind

 

This one is really hard for me because this is one of the few bands that I don’t think have a bad release. I picked Riot! but could easily have chosen AL or BNE. This band is just so solid.

 

After Laughter for me. There are a couple of songs I'm not really big on, but song for song I think it's their strongest without contest!

It'll never happen, but I'll always wish for a whole album (or an EP, even) of them just going in with weird, moody stuff like Part II and Future

 

Started doing a "top song from each album" thing but kept getting hung up on decisions lol. So here's my top two from each one instead.

wow I was the only vote for Brand New Eyes lmao c’mon people

it’s their most uplifting record imo and I get a lot out of that. it also came out when I was 13 and I have mad nostalgia from totally losing my mind over its release

 

BNE and All We Know are the only wrong answers

 

After Laughter. The direction they went in is easily my favorite and is Hayley's strongest performance vocally and lyrically IMO.

And it's so damn fun

 

Brand New Eyes for me and its not even close

 

The only Paramore albums I think are worth listening to in full are Paramore and AL, so it's gotta be AL for me easily

 

After Laughter is the only Paramore album I want to listen to these days.

For the first time, I think I have to say that After Laughter has dethroned BNE as my favorite.

 

Brand New Eyes, with Riot! a close second. I'm definitely in the extreme minority from the looks of these results, but I just can't get into After Laughter. Then again, I couldn't get into the S/T for a while, and I thoroughly enjoy that one now so maybe this one will come around in time for me as well.

 

AL for sure but im kinda shocked at how sizable its lead is rn

Unfortunately, After Laughter is still pretty boring to me aside from a few songs.

 

After laughter and it's not close. Results don't surprise me at all

 

That's because it's the right answer. After Laughter is fine, but BNE is amazing.

 

AL is a better and more interesting album IMO. Love both

 

BNE is the best Josh album no doubt

 

After Laughter bored me to death other than a few tracks. Brand New Eyes still crushes it from start to finish so its an easy choice for me. I think it's a far better record as a whole, too.
