Three Cheers > Danger Days > Black Parade > Bullets for me

Three Cheers was basically the soundtrack to one of the best times of my life in 2004-2005 so I guess nostalgia plays a part in that, but every song is super good on it while the other records have a couple skippable tracks

Three Cheers and TBP are super close but I give the edge to Three Cheers. I think those two albums alone show how versatile and forward-thinking the band was especially compared to their contemporaries. Danger Days is third and has some of the biggest bops. Bullets is last because something has to be but it’s still a great listen despite the rough production.

@Henry you a monster for not including Conventional Weapons you coward

everyone just wants me to include b-side albums lol. I'll have to consult the band threads before making these from now on.

Nah I’m just joking but CW is a great collection of songs. Throw “Fake Your Death” on as a closer and it’s a damn fine faux fifth album

Still really don’t like DD. Conventional Weapons would come in 3rd for me behind TBP and 3C.

oh hey my favorite band, wasn't sure if one had been done for them yet. Gotta be Three Cheers but every album is valid

Three Cheers > Bullets/Black Parade (too hard to decide) > DD

Conventional Weapons goes between Bullets/Black Parade and DD I think. Everything they've done is fantastic.

Danger Days for sure. I love CW & TBP, but I almost never go back and listen to Three Cheers or Bullets anymore.

Matt’s drumming for MCR was a huge influence on me when I began playing, and it’s not that I don’t enjoy The Black Parade onward, but I do tend to stick to their first two albums because I just still love hearing his work on them.
