METN is my favorite and I think their best but only by a hair. A lot of those songs have a huge impact on me and I’m still knocked on my ass every time I listen to it.

A Black Mile To The Surface is the close second. It does pretty much everything METN does but I have more of an emotional connection to METN. I also think song for song METN is better but only ever so slightly.

ILAVLAC is third. For a debut (technically 2nd album but w/e) it’s so well realized and such an easy listen. Only real issue with it is some of the songs aren’t as strong as others

Cope/Hope, Simple Math, and Nobody Sings Anymore are all fine enough albums but I rarely return to them and listen front to back, I mostly just listen to the songs I enjoy the most

    what a great band

Black Mile is so good it overwhelms the nostalgia factor for Virgin.

METN remains my favourite. My Friend Marcus and Tony the Tiger are weak spots for me.
I Can Feel A Hot One remains their best song, and a top 10 song of the 2000s decade

Gotta thank NHL08 for introducing me to these guys. Which is why Virgin is still my number one.

    Sith Lord.

Cope has a special place for me.. That was the album that solified Manchester to me as one of my new favorites. Plus I saw them on the Cope tour and... one of the best shows ever... Even had Kevin + TGDB as one of the openers.. Then they closed the show with Bad Book's "42"
