The Clearing is soooo good.

 

I was going to put that on my list but ended up putting Atoms Smash. Not sure if I regret it yet...

 

Late but this band has too many incredible songs for anything from American art to make a top ten for me personally. Maybe the drugs would make it cause I have a soft spot for it but that's it.

Trippin, the clearing, atom smash, the dreams, and the drugs are all amazing AA songs and wouldnt feel out of place on any persons top 10 box songs list. People who don’t appreciate AA just need to relisten to it. Imagine that album came out of the scene now. Its incredible

 

now that ive tracked down the loosies yeah my list would be different now. lots of great tracks tucked away in those EPs and splits

 

Rattle of the Afghan Guitar has to be my favorite EP of all time.

Every single song on Rattle is perfect.

yeah say what you will about AA but The Clearing is one of their best songs

All of their songs are the best songs

 

Except for Untitled. I skip it every time.

 

American Art is good.... But good is tier two for this band imo. I'll listen to it again though! I'm always anticipating being wrong
