I shave my head. It is the most economical and logical haircut. Men in the later stages of baldness should shave with a razor because the horseshoe makes them look older.
It is funny that you mentioned skinheads though because when I shaved my head in eighth grade for the first time my father made me stay in my room for all of Christmas day because he said I looked like a skinhead.
Idk the shaved head thing sounds like a huge pain in the ass to me and not logical at all unless you’re fighting genetics
How is it a pain? You take out the clippers and do it yourself. You don't have to drive to a barber and wait in line and pay any money. You can wash your head with a little soap instead of shampoo and conditioner. Hats fit better. It might not be as pleasant in the cold but that is not a problem down here.
Tbf I am talking like, actually to the skin bald. Not just really short hair. But the bald people I know have to shave multiple times a week which sounds like too much work to me
That type of "shaved head" is definitely a pain, but it looks better than the horseshoe shape of late-stage balding. It is that or going to Turkey and getting the hair plugs.
I am doing it bc genetics but it is much easier than you (or I for that matter before I started) seem to think
The volume of times having to do it is a pain sure but once you start the trade off is the amount of time for the actual haircut is much quicker
So you basically just eat what your doctor tells you. You know, you could've led with that instead of making this some weird class divide.
I can't be responsible for bad faith interpretations of things I say. When I think of blue jeans and beer and hamburgers I think of people who work with their hands. Any judgment of those people is beyond me; the janitor and the secretary and the fast food cashier are more honorable and have more dignity than the ruling class. I don't use Rogaine because I am not balding and I don't use pregnancy tests because I can't get pregnant. Life doesn't have to be so angry.
Yeah that’s fair. I’m sure there’s some level of “it’s not what I’m used to so I’d probably hate it” going on in my imagination
