She had good style, cool hair and seemed to be pretty put together everyday for a high-functioning alcoholic.

  3. She's very beautiful in general and I don't think being a teacher or having glasses makes you frumpy lol

It's also written on the markerboard in Ms. Gandy's classroom, with "parasite" and "whales." Which, I guess whales are very susceptible to parasites. I had no idea!

Was kind of the inverse of Barbarian for me. A movie with great tension and suspense with imo a very bad ending. Weapons I’m far less enamored with the pacing and tension building but loved the finale.

random shot i keep thinking about is when Donna (i think that was her name) is following Justine into the liquor store. like it’s drawn out and staged aaaaalmost to the point of being ridiculous for the sake of tension, but seeing her get closer and closer in the background with each corner turn just felt like zach having fun with the camera, and i loved it.

This did $5.7 mil in previews. Highest preview gross for a horror film of 2025. More than Final Destination or Sinners.

Creepiest part for me was when Julie was sleeping in her car at night outside Alex’s house, we see the door open, we wait, and then the woman staggers outside with the sharp object in her hand, slowing walking to the car, and when we hear her off camera get in the car I was like “Oh shit…”, haha

Great, almost home and I realize I don’t have my wallet on me; most certainly fell out while in my seat. Time to go back….

And I think the next showing of the film has already started too, guhhh

The opening scene was great, but I will say I was initially bummed when we jumped right to the kids running off as the lack of context robbed the moment of a lot of fear. That being said, I love how that moment had major payoff when they later showed them all running TO Alex's house. Probably the scariest visual in the movie to me having all the context.

    Loved this.
