The Maine were selling Make America Emo Again merch this past summer. Surprised (and glad) this trend hasn't caught on more

    Doctor
    Newport Living
    Risqué
    There's A Class For This
    Practice Makes Perfect
    Curse of Curves
    Teasing to Please

    We the Kings
    Intro / Check Yes Juliet
    Headlines Read Out
    Woah
    All Again for You
    August is Over
    The Quiet
    Stay Young
    Secret Valentine
Don't Speak Liar (remix, which was awful)
    This Is Our Town
    Skyway Avenue
    Just Keep Breathing (remix)
She Takes Me High (fan request)
    Say You Like Me
    The Middle (cover)
    Check Yes, Juliet
The Story of Tonight remix was just played over the speakers after they finished Check Yes for the 2nd time

The crowd was one of the most boring crowds I think I've ever been in. Seeing a "greatest hits" type crowd at a 10 year was such a bummer, especially when only about 5 or so people in the whole room knew the words to the more rare cuts (I honestly felt like the only person singing along to Headlines Read Out and The Quiet). There was absolutely no movement or real enthusiasm/energy outside of Check Yes, All again for you, Secret Valentine, Skyway Avenue, Say You Like Me, and the JEW cover.

I was going to go again on Saturday in RI but with how unenjoyable that crowd was, I'll pass.

Yeah the "Make America..." merch just really isn't funny anymore now that Trump won. I bought a Maine hat at Warped last summer and I'm legitimately scared to wear it in public or even at shows because I don't want someone to see me wearing it, not read what it says, think I'm a Trump supporter and *SURPRISE* get a bottle smashed over my head.

No one should ever have to pay $50 to meet a band of that size lol, especially if the venue caps are like 200-300. You could easily do a meet and greet of that size for free and it wouldn't take too long.

If it's like a 1500 cap venue, that's understandable because it would take too long and it can get claustrophobic, but this is so small that it'd be totally justifiable.

$50 is fucking ridiculous for a rushed, impersonal meet and greet. Spend your money more wisely.

    That's like...200 chicken nuggets.

I'm sure the guys in the band know they have limited time left as a band. They are trying to make one final cash grab.

I went to this and the performance was pretty unbearable. The songs are fine but the stage banter was so clearing pandering sex appeal to young girls. Everything from "who's place can I stay at tonight" to "who needs a ride on the tour bus" to a ham-fisted sex analogy involving tetris and Travis thrusting with his guitar between his legs, he was basically just saying things he knew would get a reaction. This band is such a joke.

So my friend went to this in Detroit tonight and apparently one of the band's manager is Frankie Muniz, and he's on the tour with the band for its entirety.

My friend ran into Frankie Muniz in a Five Guys in the Chicago Loop a couple months ago. Said he looked like he was on a date or something. lol

I remember seeing him with his band Kingsfoil. I think they opened for Sparks The Rescue.

Definitely forgot the Chicago show was tonight. I probably wouldn't have gone anyways.
