Diamonds is the first "heavy" song I learned on guitar. Whole record is super nostalgic for me as far as getting into heavier music and learning more intricate guitar stuff.

Chelsea Smile - First BMTH song I heard, as the video was on someone's profile widget on Bebo (Who remembers that?!) during the release of SS. I remember being more so fond of the music more than the vocals (which I eventually took to afterward). My first exposure to the genre, possibly.

 

The Sadness Will Never End - This is my favorite song from this album. It just sounds so massive, and its lyrical poignance forsharowed their later greatness.

Sleep With One Eye Open - Holy shit, this song is HEAVY. Yes, it's very teenage and overdramatic, but I am not too good for that in the slightest.

The Comedown - This was a hard one, but this song is just so tight. Such a good representation of this era of the band, and metalcore as a whole.

Suicide Season - This song is another really emotionally keyed in cut. This song also owes a lot to Melodic Hardcore, which I love.

I missed the day with it but shoutout to how catchy "Party till you pass out, drink till ya dead. Dance all night till you can't feel ya legs" is

And I still think this whole album is extremely fun but The Sadness Will Never End is like, head and shoulders the best song on it imo

 

It Was Written In Blood (Fairly easy choice for me - the riff in the chorus is great)

Sleep With One Eye Open (These are about even to me - I’ll go with this because I think it’s a bit more memorable)

Diamonds Aren't Forever (I’m going with this because I think it has a more unique sound than The Comedown)

Chelsea Smile (This is probably my favorite song on the album and I think the song Suicide Season is unnecessarily long)
