Saint Cloud is an all-timer. If it even comes close to that it will be special.

Yeah I adored Saint Cloud when it came out but it's only grown on me since, to the point that it's probably my favorite album of the decade so far. And then Boat Songs is probably my second-favorite of the decade sooooo...safe to say I'm very excited for this record.

 

Really hope we hear it yet this year

Just got into MJ Lenderman for the past two weeks thanks to this thread! Reminds me of Ryan Adams meets Elvis Depressedly in the best way possible, especially since I listen to the former far less than I used to.

 

check out wednesday too, he plays guitar in it and his partner sings. best album of the year.

My top 3 of the decade right now are Rat Saw God, Saint Cloud, and Boat Songs, so MJ playing guitar for Katie has had me drooling for months...
