Waterparks have released a new side-scrolling platform game.

Last week, Waterparks unveiled the Boss Level of their iconic game 'PLAY: Waterparks'.

‘PLAY: Waterparks’ is a 2D side-scrolling platform game that is playable on mobile and desktop browsers. It features data collection while driving Spotify and Apple Music streams of the band’s new album ‘Greatest Hits’. Additionally, the game's design highlights the videos for 'Lowkey As Hell,' 'Snow Globe' and 'Numb'. 'PLAY' not only drives up streams and celebrates the band's 4th album, Greatest Hits, but also creates a new and exciting tool for fans to interact with the album.

The aim of the game is to collect as many items as quickly as possible whilst dodging enemy attacks from an enraged limo driver, creepy giant hands and thunder clouds. Fans can choose to play as all three members of the band. Awsten, Otto and Geoff must collect items which tie into all 17 tracks on the new album - which member will you be? Fans who score the highest can then battle to get their names on a top-ten leaderboard!w

Independent record label 300 Entertainment and artist management company MDDN teamed up with UK-based creative agency F That to deliver the innovative browser game. The game received over 60,000 game plays in the first 48 hours alone. With numbers still rapidly climbing, Boss Level added 1,400 new gamers completing the game in it's entirety. The game's lifetime boasts a whopping 118,789 views of the game with no plans to slow down.

Anyone remember the Fall Out Boy version of Oregon Trail that they did for Folie à Deux? That was pretty good
