How on earth does DC have the same budget as the other locations. What are the big ticket exclusives? Simple plan and avril? Thought we would see more big names by now.

 

The big ticket exclusive is not having Ronnie Radke

 

Avril is by far the biggest name announced. But yeah gotta think Florida and California had more bands willing to play for free than DC haha.

 

Avril’s guarantee is probably the same as 3+ other Warped headliners
