Not gonna lie i've never gotten into 311 besides besides the cure cover and a few singles, I guess it is time to check their stuff out

 

311 is playing the HOB Orlando in March. I can see them getting added to Warped after then. The poster really looks like there’s space for them.

 

They were never a full album band for me, but they have a really solid “Greatest Hits.” I’d recommend diving in with Flowing, Freeze Time, Creatures, Beautiful Disaster and Amber

Ahh, as someone born in 1994 going to the Long Beach show, Simple Plan and The Maine would have been awesome... I'm not as into some of the more hardcore stuff like Miss May I, and Pennywise/Dance Hall Crashers was slightly before I was into this music (most of those bands' biggest albums were released before I was 7 years old).

Not that Simple Plan is anything special, but a bit of nostalgia.. and i've also seen The Maine like 15 times anyway.

So, hoping for more of the pop-punk/rock type stuff on Long Beach soon. Overall though, feel like it's been a good mix so far as far as the general Warped Tour fan population goes, and i'm optimistic.

I love love the roll out. Creates buzz daily. Gives some shine to smaller bands and maybe people will check them out.

There's a bajillion festivals that do it normal it's okay one does it and little differently.

 

Seeing them drop two female fronted acts in the first two days is a refreshing change from seeing four on the entire tour.

 

How are the actual announcements being made? I see their Twitter feed has random retweets and maybe a couple of bands announced but is there a central spot that they’re releasing “this band is playing this date” each day? Or is just refreshing their website each night to see which bands were added to the posters the best way to go?

They've posted a recap of the lineup announcements each night on their Instagram story, in addition to a band specific Instagram story for each announcement.

Aside from WWWY 2023 they havent toured in like 8 years
