RFK is on the Orange, Silver and Blue line. Metro was pretty smooth last year, so would recommend you plan around that, but makes sense if you drive down/rent a car that you need to manage. If you’re in the mood for the city, Eastern Market, Capitol Hill, Navy Yard and NoMa are close to the stadium + Metro accessible with places to get breakfast/walk around beforehand. Dupont, Shaw and Logan Circle are a little further away, but also on the Metro. Maryland Metro stops are closer, but those would make most sense if you have a car and drive to a park and ride to a Metro stop like Morgan Boulevard or New Carrollton. Virginia has a good balance of Metro accessible and car-friendly area to have a place to park if you need (wouldn’t recommend driving from VA though). Rosslyn, Clarendon, Ballston, Pentagon City and Crystal City may have options that are further out but more door-to-door on the Metro.
Thanks for the tips! We'll be driving down to DC, but definitely dont want to deal with driving to the festival. Especially if we'll be drinking all day. A few reasonably priced places popped up in Capitol Hill and Navy Yard, so we'll probably book at one of those.
FF5 is one of the most electric performances I've ever seen. Very jealous, but hoping this means they are going to tour and I'll be able to catch them separately.
Rad as hell seeing Hepcat in the mix! This roll out has been way more exciting this time around. Multiple bands all day allows them to release big names, mid-tier names, and opening acts in a steady stream... Also helps that they added a few more dates which adds to the overall number of names too.
It seems Matchbook Romance will be playing some of the Warped dates. Although looking at the lineups it seems they only fit in Orlando
Hmmm I don’t really see how their name fits on any of the posters. Could be an addition I suppose since there was a few of those last year.
