Great way to kick it off!

 

Strong start! This is a really nice, unexpected addition for a ton of folks I'm sure.

 

I feel like that has already justified my decision to go to Long Beach again. Like I already have one band confirmed that I am stoked about.

 

Great way to kick off the announcements. Seems like Yellowcard and NFG are a lock for DC based on their tour dates. These three names is enough of a reason for me to start planning to attend DC.

 

Longstanding bit of Warped Tour lore that was told by one of the speakers last year: in 1999, Eminem played Warped Tour with the one request that he not be booked at the same time as Jimmy Eat World because he watched their set every day of the tour he played.

 

Ha I love that. I also remember reading an interview with Chris Carrabba where he said Eminem approached him at some MTV event in the 2000s and made it known he was a huge Dashboard fan, and was referencing song titles and lyrics from TPTYCTFTM.

Eminem is a scene kid.

It seems Mexico City site showed New Found Glory, Glassjaw and Papa Roach for a few minutes.

 

Just made an account after lurking for several years just to say please god almighty let Glassjaw play in Orlando

I’d almost guarantee NFG gets added to Long Beach just after Memorial Day, they’re in Santa Ana on 5/31.

 

I had the same thought. It’d be weird if they did every date but LB. They are such a Warped staple
