I was lucky I got the claridge on the boardwalk by the entrance to the fest, for 99 a night by calling them and asking for a military discount. This was back in April. If there is anyone that falls into that category I would try that. Its going for 500 a night without it.

Edit: just realized the golden nugget is not within walking distance of the strip, UGH. Wasn't trying to spend money on an uber at all next weekend.

 

I asked the event on facebook about people with VIP will call, they said that we need separate tickets. This is probably also not the VIP show/party

 

Apparently sad and boujee is the "late night party"... heres what Kevin just said about official vip....

 

So with this info, I think it's safe to assume Friday is different than a dj/dance party... I'm hoping for an acoustic show. I'm also assuming it's not in Ballys public Mountian Bar, since they have a show at 10pm, unless they can block it off for some time before that

For those wrestling fans going this weekend. Here is the talent lineup for the GCW shows, which honestly even if you are mildly curious GCW is one of the top indie companies in the US right now. Big get for warped and big get for GCW to be on these shows.

 

The way they split this up is super disappointing. There’s 3 bands I want to see Saturday and 9 I want to see Sunday.

 

Agreed on the split. There was like 25 bands I wouldn’t have minded seeing. Only 8 of those are on Saturday.

 

Deppen is a big pop-punk fan, very happy for him
