and with that sum 41, architects, soufly, state champs, the fever 333, as it is, the interrupters, tool, brass against, and nothing nowhere seem all out for AC
Blink was too big to do the national tour. They are the perfect fit to headline a 2 day festival. Kevin has more money to pay one huge band to play a headline set of a weekend festival than he did when he was paying like 50 bands to play a whole summer.
That makes sense. I dont really listen to Blink so I dont know how much they would charge. Thanks for the info.
That would be absolutely insane if Deftones played MV - they’re absolutely an act I’d consider too big for this, and I feel their roots in ‘The Scene’ are tenuous at best. But if they do... well, shit I guess I’d be there then.
Here's a comprehensive list of everyone we said is playing the NJ date: A Day To Remember Bowling For Soup Four Year Strong Bad Religion We The Kings Save Ferris Wage War Andrew WK Anti-Flag Man Overboard Glassjaw Set It Off Taking Back Sunday Andy Black The Starting Line All American Rejects Knocked Loose Feel free to add anyone I missed!
if taking back sunday is playing NJ they will play sunday they are over seas for download Madrid on friday
I dunno, if The Offspring is a potential teased band, then I don’t think Deftones would be too big for a get. I’d be so down for them
I’m really hoping Rise Against is playing one of the Mountain View days. Doesn’t seem they have any summer dates yet
Blink is playing Back To The Beach in SoCal this April, a two day festival organized by John Feldman (Goldfinger) that also features Warped Tour alums The Used, Goldfinger, The Story So Far, Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, The Wonder Years, Save Ferris, Story Of The Year, and Anthony Green. They're the perfect target for a two day festival in NorCal a couple of months later.
Sugar Ray may be making their way back on the Warped Tour stage again! (This is all I could want, besides No Doubt ). Now, if this does happen, I need to figure out how can I plan another trip after the two I'm about to go on soon. Does anyone think they would be a MV grab (Sugar Ray are from California), or one of the smaller dates?
The tour use to take like 10-20 bands from this lineup, could see that being the case for these shows too
Although very unlikely A7X is releasing a STST shirt for their 20th anniversary on March 1st. It would be sick if they played MV.
