The rollout with the daily announcements was definitely one of the dumbest ideas I’ve seen in a minute.

I feel like this is giving opportunities to a lot of younger/newer bands and artists, which I think is cool. With the prices though, I definitely expect some bigger/more nostalgic names to be dropped. I think the rollout was kind of annoying but I do think the idea of each band getting a little spotlight is nice.

Music, a steady riot in my soul. Prestigious

This line up screams, “I’d think about it if I lived in Orlando, but no way I’m driving from Tampa.” I want to want to go, but I’m not there.

A total crowd pleaser from the Ly-man. There is truly something here for everyone - from people who like cool music to people who like Falling in Reverse

It’s not bad for the smaller acts. They would be overlooked if the full list was dropped at once.

For $20 plus Eventbrite fees, you could see 38 bands at LKLD Indie Super Bash this weekend in Lakeland, which is right in the middle of Orlando and Tampa!

    (You'll have fun, I promise!)

Orlando may have the best lineup overall because there are still over 20 bands yet to be announced and those will probably more likely be bigger acts that just can't be released yet due to contracts. Even though there are alot of bands/acts I've never heard of, I view that as a way to check out something new and not a bad thing. Besides if it was all big name acts you'd have to miss alot what you wanted to see due to lots of overlap in set times.

On one hand I know two of the weekends already sold out so it doesn’t really matter, but this announcement was the biggest buzz kill approach ever IMO.

I went from “oh heck yea Warped is back!” To not caring as they slowly dripped info.

I will say that I checked out a few bands as they were announced, and a couple peaked my interest. It was also cute seeing how the bands did their announcements.

That being said, it became super draining to check every day, and I lost interest, only checking the poster every few days. I think they should have just announced everything then done daily highlights of each of the bands.

I'm pretty happy with my Warped Tour Date (FL) even without knowing the other bands that will be announced. Glad I got in at the initial tier 1 price of $150:

Yellowcard, The Starting Line, The Maine, The Wonder Years, Thursday, A Day To Remember, Arrows In Action, Boys Like Girls, Charlotte Sands, Falling in Reverse, Four Year Strong, Girlfriends, Gym Class Heroes, Knuckle Puck, Less Than Jake, Machine Gun Kelly (guilty pleasure), Mod Sun, Nothing,Nowhere, Plain White T's, Point North, Senses Fail, State Champs, Story of the Year, Streetlight Manifesto, Sueco, The Home Team, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.

Yeah, they should have remembered the excitement from everyone about WWWY from them just showing the entire poster at once.
I disagree. These will be fun shows, and I love that they're like 1/3 of the cost of WWWY, and they're spread out over two days, so you shouldn't miss as many bands due to conflicts.

A lot of the acts are newer, but that's kind of the point. They can't be catering to us old heads all the time. Bring in the kids who know Machine Gun Kelly and Mod Sun and introduce them to the bands that we grew up with.

I wrote a longer comment above, but I'm super happy with Orlando so far. It started out really slow, but it picked up. I saw Avril at WWWY a couple years back, so I'm ok with missing her. Would love to see Silverstein again, but I'll catch them on their headliner here in Dallas later this year. I'd like to see All Time Low again, but such is life. Hawthorne Heights would be fun too, as would Simple Plan (who I caught at WWWY and So What? Music Fest within the past 3-4 years). But overall, quite content.
